What is SSC MTS?

SSC MTS or Staff Selection Commission-Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination is a national level exam conducted by SSC for recruitment of candidates in General Central Service Group-C non-gazetted, non-ministerial posts in various ministries, departments and offices of Government of India. Candidates recruited as multi-tasking staff by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) fall in Pay Band-1 (Rs 5,200-20,200) + Grade Pay Rs 1,800.

SSC MTS Eligibility 2020

Basic criteria that candidates need to fulfill in order to meet SSC MTS eligibility 2020 are:
  • A candidate must be either/or a citizen of India, subject of Nepal/Bhutan, Tibetan refugee, person of Indian origin
  • Candidates should be aged between 18 and 27 years as on August 1, 2020
  • Candidates should clear class X from a recognised board

SSC MTS Selection Process 2020

SSC MTS selection process includes the following steps

Step 1: Fill SSC MTS application form

Firstly, candidates need to fill SSC MTS 2020 application form on the official website of the commission. Candidates also need to pay Rs 100 as application fee in online mode
